Digital Products All digital products (guides, downloads) are non-refundable once the file has been accessed or delivered. Please review product descriptions carefully before purchasing.
Tarot & Oracle Cards (Physical Products) We want you to love your deck. If you're not satisfied:
- Full refund within 72 hours (3 days) of receiving your order, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
- Items damaged in transit must be reported within 72 hours of delivery with photo evidence
Astrology Readings & Consultations
- Full refund if cancelled 72 hours (3 days) or more before your scheduled session
- No refund if cancelled within 72 hours of your session
- No refund once a reading has been completed

Rescheduling We're happy to reschedule your session if you notify us at least 72 hours in advance.
